Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Potential clients currently using Retin-A, Retin-A like products such as Tretinoin (prescription or over the counter) or clients who have received a chemical peel 30 days prior to facial appointment are not eligible for service. This Is To avoid damaging your skin. You must be off of Retin-A for a minimum of 30 days prior to coming in for a facial.
No Exceptions! CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients are Allowed One Courtesy Reschedule Of Their Confirmed Appointment, If Done 72 Hours (3 Days) In Advance. No Exceptions. Clients that cancel their appointment 48 & 24 Hours before scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. No Exceptions. Clients that no call no show the day of there scheduled appointment or fail to respond to reschedule on their behalf will be charged 100% plus 20% gratuity of the service price that was originally booked. No Exceptions. Less Than 72 Hour/Same Day CANCELLATION POLICY: RESCHEDULING: Clients Will Be Able To Reschedule As A One Time Courtesy, However A $35 Rescheduling Fee Must Be Paid Prior To New Appointment Date Being Given. This Fee is NOT apart of nor will it be deducted from the clients total end of service balance due. This is strictly a “Less Than 72 Hour Notice” cancellation fee. There Is No Guarantee To Client That They Will Be Booked In The Same Month As The Original Appointment, As Appointment Slots Are Limited. No Exceptions.
